Content of the online offering
The contents of this website are researched and implemented with the greatest possible care. Errors in the editing process can nevertheless not be ruled out. Please send notes and corrections to the association.
The publisher assumes no liability whatsoever for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the publisher relating to damage of a material or immaterial nature caused by the use or non-use of the information provided, or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are generally excluded, provided that there is no demonstrably intentional or grossly negligent fault on the part of the publisher.
All offers are subject to change and non-binding. The publisher expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire offering without separate notice, or to cease publication temporarily or permanently.
References and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to external websites ("hyperlinks") that lie outside the publisher's area of responsibility, a liability obligation would come into force exclusively in the event that the publisher is aware of the contents and it would be technically possible and reasonable for them to prevent use in the case of unlawful content.
The publisher hereby expressly declares that at the time the links were set, no illegal content was recognisable on the pages to be linked. The publisher has no influence whatsoever on the current and future design, the contents or the authorship of the linked/connected pages. The publisher therefore hereby expressly distances themselves from all contents of all linked/connected pages that were changed after the links were set. This applies to all links and references set within the publisher's own internet offering as well as to third-party entries in guestbooks, discussion forums, link directories, mailing lists and all other forms of databases set up by the author, to whose contents external write access is possible. Sole liability for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content, and in particular for damage arising from the use or non-use of such information, lies with the provider of the page to which reference was made, not with the party who merely refers to the respective publication via links.
Copyright and trademark law
The publisher endeavours in all publications to observe the copyrights of the images, graphics, audio and video documents and texts used, to use images, graphics, audio and video documents and texts created by themselves, or to draw on licence-free graphics, audio and video documents and texts.
All brands and trademarks mentioned within the internet offering and where applicable protected by third parties are subject without restriction to the provisions of the applicable trademark law and the ownership rights of the respective registered owners. The mere mention alone does not lead to the conclusion that trademarks are not protected by the rights of third parties!
The copyright for published content and objects created by the publisher themselves remains solely with the publisher of the pages. Any duplication, processing, storage or use of such graphics, audio and video documents and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the express consent of the author. This does not affect copying and downloading for private, scientific and non-commercial use. We expressly permit and welcome the quoting of our documents and web pages as well as the setting of links to our website.
Privacy policy
Where the internet offering provides the option to enter personal or business data (email addresses, names, addresses), the disclosure of these data by the user takes place on an expressly voluntary basis. The use and payment of all services offered is permitted – as far as technically possible and reasonable – even without providing such data, or by providing anonymised data or a pseudonym. The use by third parties of contact data published within the imprint or comparable information, such as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers and email addresses, to send information that has not been expressly requested is not permitted. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action against the senders of so-called spam mails in the event of violations of this prohibition.
Legal validity of this disclaimer
This disclaimer is to be regarded as part of the internet offering from which reference was made to this page. If parts or individual formulations of this text do not, no longer or not fully correspond to the applicable legal situation, the remaining parts of the document remain unaffected in their content and validity.

Collection of general information when visiting our website
Type and purpose of the processing:
When you access our website, i.e. when you do not register or otherwise submit information, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your internet service provider, your IP address and the like. This is exclusively information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.
They are processed in particular for the following purposes:
- ensuring a problem-free connection to the website,
- ensuring smooth use of our website,
- evaluation of system security and stability, and

We do not use your data to draw conclusions about your person. Information of this kind may be statistically evaluated by us in order to optimise our web presence and the technology behind it.
When the share function is used, we additionally record in aggregated form which type of page was shared (e.g. course overview or course detail page). We do not store which specific course was shared or via which app the link was shared.
Legal basis:
The processing takes place in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website.
Recipients:
Recipients of the data may be technical service providers who act as processors for the operation and maintenance of our website.
Storage period:
The data are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose of collection. For the data that serve to provide the website, this is generally the case when the respective session has ended.
Provision prescribed or required:
The provision of the aforementioned personal data is neither legally nor contractually required. However, without the IP address the service and the functionality of our website cannot be guaranteed. In addition, individual services may be unavailable or restricted. For this reason, an objection is excluded.
Use of WordPress
Type and purpose of the processing:
We use WordPress for the visual design of our website. To integrate WordPress, your browser must establish a connection to a WordPress server in the USA and download the design elements required for our website. WordPress thereby receives the information that our website was accessed from your IP address. You can find further information about WordPress in the WordPress privacy notices, which you can access here: https://automattic.com/privacy/
Legal basis:
The legal basis for the integration of WordPress and the associated data transfer to WordPress is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
Verwendung von Scriptbibliotheken (Google Webfonts)
Type and purpose of the processing:
To display our content correctly and in a graphically appealing way across browsers, we use “Google Web Fonts” from Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter “Google”) on this website to display fonts.

We do not collect any personal data through the integration of Google Webfonts.
You can find further information about Google Web Fonts at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

Use of Adobe Typekit
Type and purpose of the processing:
We use Adobe Typekit for the visual design of our website. Typekit is a service of Adobe Systems Software Ireland Companies (4-6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, Republic of Ireland; hereinafter “Adobe”), which grants us access to a font library. To integrate the fonts we use, your browser must establish a connection to an Adobe server in the USA and download the font required for our website. Adobe thereby receives the information that our website was accessed from your IP address. You can find further information about Adobe Typekit in the Adobe privacy notices, which you can access here: https://www.adobe.com/de/privacy/policy.html
Legal basis:
The legal basis for the integration of Adobe Typekit and the associated data transfer to Adobe is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

Embedded YouTube videos
Type and purpose of the processing:
On some of our web pages we embed YouTube videos. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (hereinafter “YouTube”). When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube servers is established. YouTube is thereby informed which pages you visit. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can assign your browsing behaviour to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.
When a YouTube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behaviour.
You can find further information about the purpose and scope of the data collection and its processing by YouTube in the provider's privacy policies. There you will also find further information about your relevant rights and setting options for protecting your privacy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Google processes your data in the USA and has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield: https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
Legal basis:
The legal basis for the integration of YouTube and the associated data transfer to Google is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
Recipients:
Calling up YouTube automatically triggers a connection to Google.
Storage period and revocation of consent:
Anyone who has deactivated the storage of cookies for the Google Ad programme will not have to expect any such cookies when watching YouTube videos either. However, YouTube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in your browser.
You can find further information on data protection at “YouTube” in the provider's privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/

Provision prescribed or required:
The provision of your personal data is voluntary, solely on the basis of your consent. If you prevent access, this may lead to functional restrictions on the website.
Changes to our privacy provisions
We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always complies with the current legal requirements, or in order to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, e.g. when introducing new services. The new privacy policy then applies to your next visit.
